Requirements

  • College diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Provincial Technician’s License or Interprovincial License required.
  • 5+ years in a technical automotive role within an OEM environment.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills—you know how to make learning exciting.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.
  • A team player with leadership ability and a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, hands-on technical instruction based on OEM service training curriculum.
  • Manage and execute a dynamic, rolling 1-month training schedule using tools like Cornerstone LMS.
  • Facilitate interactive learning through modern platforms (Zoom, Teams, LMS) and cutting-edge methods.
  • Collaborate on curriculum updates and innovative training strategies to keep pace with evolving technology.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the training center, ensuring vehicles, equipment, and assets are maintained to the highest standards.
