Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of training experience.
• Familiarity with the "do it for me" (DIFM) automotive or heavy-duty market.
• Strong track record of training and/or sales experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Teams, PPT, and Excel.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Valvoline DASH (for internal candidates).

Nice To Haves

• BA Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store support, including classroom and virtual training.
• Plan, prepare, and schedule training sessions to deliver appropriate solutions that maximize Valvoline product growth in Key & Strategic Accounts.
• Support new program launches and onboarding of new rooftops.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Deliver Valvoline Insights & Analytics (Scorecards / Business Analytics) at store and area levels to drive organic sales growth.
• Engage in personal development to prepare for future roles within Valvoline, such as Account Executive, Sales, or Team Leader.
