The primary responsibilities include editing and classifying automotive content, ensuring data quality, and providing technical support.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong understanding of automotive technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills
Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Edit and categorize automotive information according to company standards
Conduct thorough quality checks on all content
Create, review, and update technical documentation
Utilize ALLDATA's proprietary software for content processing, task management, and project workflow
Research and answer technical questions related to automotive systems and ALLDATA products
Collaborate effectively within a team environment and participate in various projects
Assist internal and external customers with inquiries and support
Maintain clear and concise communication (written and verbal)
