About The Position

Atlean World is seeking Danish native speakers with good English skills (B2 level or higher) to build or grow their career in Customer Support. This role offers the chance to develop skills, join an international team, and create positive experiences for customers daily. The position requires the candidate to be living in Portugal or willing to relocate.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish.
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Comfort and curiosity when working with new technologies.
• Clear, professional, and effective communication.
• Ability to remain patient, understanding, and client-focused.
• Must be living in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Must be a resident of a country within the European Union.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
