About The Position

Join the team at Subaru Santa Monica — we are now hiring an experienced Automotive Subaru Technician to join our growing service department. We are ideally seeking a Subaru Master Technician or a technician with at least 2 years of Subaru main shop experience. Automotive Technicians – we’ve got you covered! Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician in a Subaru dealership.
Candidates should be confident in diagnostics, engine repairs, and transmission repairs.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
18 years or older required
All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

Subaru Master Technician.
ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs.
Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
