About The Position
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Shop Foreman to spearhead our service department operations. If you are a technical expert with a passion for operational excellence and team development, we want you to be at the helm. This role involves overseeing daily shop flow, ensuring maximum technician productivity and bay efficiency. You will act as the primary resource for complex diagnostics, providing hands-on coaching to elevate the skill sets of our team. Maintaining rigorous standards for repair integrity and safety to ensure total client satisfaction is crucial. You will also collaborate with service advisors and management to meet department goals and streamline workflows.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in shop management with a track record of motivating a technical team.
- Master-level diagnostic skills and comprehensive mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to manage high-volume throughput without compromising detail or safety.
- Current ASE certifications and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
