Key Responsibilities Customer Experience: Greet customers, schedule service appointments, gather vehicle concerns, and document repair needs accurately. Estimates & Communication: Provide clear parts and labor estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Workflow Management: Coordinate repairs, track parts orders, and complete warranty and service documentation. Quality & Satisfaction: Ensure every customer leaves feeling confident, respected, and well cared for. What We Offer Strong Customer Base: Loyal Hyundai owners and experienced technicians.
