About The Position
PM Lube, LLC is a franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC). Our mission is to “Change Lives through Service,” and that starts with our great people. We are looking for an Automotive Service Writer/Advisor to join our team. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with the chance to increase wages through in-house, paid training. We do not have late evenings.
Requirements
- Automotive experience (two years or more preferred)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Have effective interpersonal, oral, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual applicants preferred
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with customers and relay vehicle issues to the Mechanic
- Suggest maintenance and repair services to the customer based upon vehicle’s diagnosis
