About The Position
Firkins CDJR is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Automotive Service Valet to join our team in Bradenton, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by safely transporting vehicles within the dealership, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a valet, automotive, or customer service role is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive and park customer vehicles to and from service bays and designated areas.
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assist service technicians and staff in moving vehicles as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and valet station.
- Report any vehicle issues or damages to management immediately.
- Ensure keys and paperwork are handled securely and accurately.
