About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Valet to join our team at Lexus Sharon. In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting the service department as needed. This position offers competitive hourly pay with the potential for additional earnings based on department profit, along with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual transmissions.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.

  • Previous experience as a valet or in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with automotive service processes.

Responsibilities

  • Greet service customers warmly and professionally.
  • Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
