About The Position

Bismarck Motor Company is hiring full-time Automotive Service Technicians at our Bismarck and Mandan, ND locations. We welcome technicians of all experience levels — whether you're a seasoned mechanic or have hands-on experience with any makes and models, we want to hear from you.
As an Automotive Service Technician, you'll perform quality maintenance and repair services on a wide variety of vehicles. Your work will include multi-point inspections, routine maintenance, diagnostics, and more complex mechanical repairs. You'll work with state-of-the-art equipment in a heated and air-conditioned shop, supported by a team that invests in your growth.
We're locally owned, and we do things differently — this is not your average auto technician job.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Hands-on mechanical or automotive repair experience (any level considered)
• Team-oriented mindset and positive, can-do attitude
• Strong work ethic with high drive and self-motivation
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and technology
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessment, criminal background check, drug testing, and driving record review
