The Firearms Specialist will assist with customer service/sales in the Sporting Goods Department and will be ultimately responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all records involving firearm sales, maintaining compliance with FFL regulations. This role involves greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, pricing and stocking merchandise, receiving freight, and assisting with cycle counts. A key responsibility is ensuring the store is prepared for ATF and/or internal audits, which includes training other staff on various firearm sales record-keeping requirements and best practices.
