Requirements

Journeyperson/Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification
Valid driver's license
Minimum 3 years of experience performing diagnostics, inspections, repairs, and maintenance
Strong experience with brakes, suspension, steering, and wheel alignments
Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to mentor apprentices and contribute positively to the team
Safety-focused with a professional and customer-oriented approach

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of passenger and light truck vehicles
Complete brake, suspension, steering, and mechanical repair work to a high standard
Diagnose mechanical concerns and recommend appropriate repair solutions
Mentor and support apprentices, helping develop their technical skills and confidence
Work closely with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Identify additional service opportunities that support vehicle safety and performance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
