Requirements

Proven prior experience as an automotive technician.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
A clean driving record.
A valid in-state license and automobile insurance.
Commitment to creating a positive work environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous formal automotive training or certification.
Experience with Toyota Service and/or products.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections.
Identifying mechanical concerns and providing an accurate diagnosis for each customer’s vehicle.
Executing complex repairs on various vehicle systems, such as brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
Utilizing cutting-edge diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Maintaining detailed records of services performed.
Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Communicating effectively with the Assistant Service Managers to provide timely and clear explanations of the repairs needed and answer any associated questions.
