Responsibilities

Perform expert-level troubleshooting and repair of engine, transmission, electrical, and complex safety systems (ADAS).
Act as a shop leader, performing quality-control checks and mentoring junior technicians.
Interface with Service Advisors to explain complex repairs and ensure a premium guest experience.
Diagnose and repair systems (brakes, suspension, AC, steering) with minimal supervision.
Maintain high productivity while adhering to strict factory standards and digital repair order documentation.
Perform high-quality oil changes, rotations, and fluid replenishment.
Conduct thorough Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) using tablets to document vehicle health.
