Automotive Service Technician
About The Position
DCH Honda of Mission Valley is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join their team. The role involves performing automotive repairs and services efficiently and accurately, adhering to store and manufacturer standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Experienced automotive technicians who are passionate about their craft and eager to advance their career.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Must be able to work in a drug free workplace.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certification is a plus.
- Technicians with any manufacturer experience (ie. Nissan, Toyota, etc) encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose cause of malfunction.
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
- Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
