Requirements

Previous automotive technician experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to operate shop equipment and diagnostic tools
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

ASE Certifications preferred but not required
Manufacturer certifications are a plus
ASE Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and drivability concerns
Accurately document repair recommendations and completed work
Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding repair status and additional service needs
Maintain productivity and efficiency goals while ensuring quality workmanship
Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
Keep work area clean and organized
Participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs
