About The Position
Mazda of Dayton is a brand-new dealership seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join their Service Team. They are looking for individuals with proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic. Manufacturer experience is considered a bonus but not required. The dealership is part of the Kenwood Dealer Group and offers a path to a rewarding, long-term career with opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Satisfactory employment and background check
- Must be 18 or older to apply.
Nice To Haves

- ASE certifications
- OEM experience
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Communicate with the Service Advisor to obtain descriptions of problems.
- Test drive vehicles to ensure quality repair.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
