About The Position

Kunes Auto Group, the fastest growing dealership in the Midwest, is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance. This role involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, conducting multi-point inspections, and communicating with Service Advisors and Parts departments. The technician will also be responsible for documenting work on repair orders, maintaining tool inventory, and participating in training and certification programs. Success in this role will be measured by flat-rate productivity, repair quality, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

Requirements

• 1+ years automotive technician experience in a dealership required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Ford training is highly preferred
