About The Position
Germain Lexus of Naples is seeking an Automotive Service Technician for all experience levels. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. Technicians will be expected to deliver excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements
- Experience levels from entry to advanced are welcome
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect vehicles, identify mechanical issues, and communicate findings to service advisors and customers
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and comply with safety protocols
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Stay current with automotive technology and service techniques through ongoing training
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
