About The Position

This is a general application for Service Technician openings across Swickard's Maui and Honolulu area dealerships. There is no specific position available at this time. Requirements

• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership -- required
• Any brand background considered -- luxury, import, and domestic experience all valued across our portfolio
• Strong diagnostic ability and a low comeback rate
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications a strong plus
• OEM factory certifications highly valued

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles across a range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond -- using OEM diagnostic platforms and manufacturer procedures
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings to service advisors to support guest authorization
• Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
• Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision
• Stay current on technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures
