About The Position
Crown Toyota is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic for their high-volume Toyota service drive in Ontario, CA. This role involves diagnosing and repairing Toyota vehicles to OEM standards, handling both warranty and customer-pay work, and maintaining high efficiency and a low comeback rate. The dealership offers a clean, organized shop, competitive flat-rate pay, and a strong dispatch process with consistent work flow, ensuring no "feast-or-famine" cycles. Technicians are expected to produce 40-60+ flat-rate hours weekly and complete thorough multi-point inspections.
Requirements
- Previous Toyota brand experience required
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Prior dealership experience
- Team-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician (MDT) preferred
- ASE Certification preferred
