Experienced Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic

Requirements
- Technicians must provide their own personal toolbox and hand tools
- Low comeback rate and a personal standard for quality that doesn't require managing
- Physically capable of performing the demands of the role -- lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Audi or Volkswagen factory certification preferred -- candidates actively pursuing certification are encouraged to apply
- High-voltage (HV) knowledge or certification preferred -- EV and hybrid platform experience is increasingly valuable as the VW Group lineup continues to grow
- Strong diagnostic foundation -- comfortable working through complex, multi-system problems on European platforms
- ODIS, VCDS, or equivalent VW Group diagnostic tool experience strongly preferred
- ASE certifications a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Audi and Volkswagen vehicles across a full range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and high-voltage EV/hybrid systems -- using VW Group diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures
- Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings clearly to service advisors to support guest authorization
- Execute repairs to Audi and VW manufacturer specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
- Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed, parts used, and labor with precision
- Stay current on Audi and VW technical service bulletins, software updates, and evolving repair procedures
- Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout every shift
- Contribute to a shop culture where quality, accountability, and craftsmanship are the baseline
