About The Position

Requirements
- 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership -- required
- Any brand background considered -- luxury, import, and domestic experience all valued across our portfolio
- Strong diagnostic ability and a low comeback rate
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications a strong plus
- OEM factory certifications highly valued
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles across a range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond -- using OEM diagnostic platforms and manufacturer procedures
- Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings to service advisors to support guest authorization
- Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
- Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision
- Stay current on technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures
