About The Position

Flynn’s Tire & Auto Service is hiring an Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic to perform automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and service, as well as tire-related service, while following industry standards and safety regulations. Compensation includes a base rate, commission on service, and eligibility for bonuses, with earnings of up to $100,000 per year depending on skill level, experience, and ASE certifications. The company pays for ASE certifications and provides training to support income growth and career development.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record and background check.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening.
• ASE certifications.
• Ability to lift 20–80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform state inspections and emissions testing in Pennsylvania.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Repair steering and suspension systems.
• Perform engine repairs.
• Service belts and hoses.
• Perform HVAC service and repairs.
• Perform diagnostics and electrical repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair brakes.
• Perform tire-related service while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
