Requirements

• Experience in customer service, within a dealership environment a plus.
• Proficient computer and phone skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via phone and email to promote dealership services and products.
• Answer inbound calls in designated order.
• Make outbound calls in order to follow up with service appointment opportunities, confirm appointments, and other serviced-related calls.
• Schedule appointments for service department.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with efficient turnaround.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service activities to support the service team.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
• Utilize strong public speaking skills to present information clearly and effectively during customer interactions.
• Complete daily work plans set by your manager.
