About The Position

Fairfield KIA is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Automotive Service Porter to join their service team at Fairfield Kia in Fairfield, OH. This position is for individuals passionate about cars and who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Automotive Service Porter will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with vehicle intake and return, safely moving and parking vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness of the service drive and customer waiting areas, assisting service advisors and technicians with vehicle logistics, performing light cleaning duties on vehicles and around the dealership, and ensuring a positive customer experience through helpful and professional conduct. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle intake and return
• Move and park vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive and customer waiting areas
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle logistics
• Perform light cleaning duties on vehicles and around the dealership
• Ensure a positive customer experience by being helpful and professional
