About The Position

Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking part-time Service Lot Porters to support its growing business. The Service Porter/Valet greets customers, helps keep vehicles in excellent condition, and maintains the lot so customers are impressed when they arrive. The role includes installing protective items and key tags in vehicles taken in for service, securing vehicles and keys, following company policies, and communicating with management about concerns. The position offers compensation based on experience, at $15.85 per hour. Requirements

Must have held a valid driver's license for at least three years.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals.

Superior customer service skills.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, Motor Vehicle Record checks, and drug tests.

Responsibilities

Install seat, steering wheel, and floor protection, along with key tags, in vehicles taken in for service.
Return vehicle keys to the appropriate location and ensure vehicles in the lots are locked, windows are rolled up, and keys are securely stored.
Follow company policies and procedures and inform a supervisor of any illegal activity.
Maintain effective working relationships with management, team leads, fellow team members, and internal and external clients; maintain follow-up systems that support repeat and referral business and client satisfaction.
Immediately communicate concerns or situations to management.
Greet customers and help ensure vehicles are kept in excellent condition and the lot is well-maintained.
