About The Position

The role involves greeting customers, keeping vehicles in excellent condition, and maintaining the lot so customers have a positive first impression. The position is compensated at $17.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience. Requirements

Must have held a valid driver's license for at least three years.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals.

Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, Motor Vehicle Record checks, and drug tests.

Responsibilities

Install seat, steering wheel, and floor protection, as well as key tags, in vehicles taken in for service.
Return vehicle keys to the appropriate location and ensure vehicles in the lots are locked, their windows are rolled up, and their keys are securely stored.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Inform the supervisor of illegal activity.
Maintain engagement and communication with management, team leads, fellow team members, and clients to foster successful working relationships.
Maintain follow-up systems that encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to client satisfaction.
Communicate concerns or situations to management immediately.
Greet customers and help keep vehicles and the lot in excellent condition.
