About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager who is also a sales driver, problem solver, and culture changer. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of retail store manager experience and automotive service writing experience. The ideal candidate will have an excellent customer service disposition, great communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teammates. You must be able to follow directions and processes, use computers and software, and work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. A valid driver's license is required. This position offers performance-based pay with a salary plus bonus structure, bi-weekly pay, and a competitive salary range of $65-$100K+ annually.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of retail store manager experience
• Automotive Service Writing Experience
