Fremont Motors is looking for a strong, people-focused Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department and take it to the next level. Requirements

  • 3+ years of automotive service management or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of dealership service operations and KPIs
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, decisive, and solutions-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing service team (advisors, technicians, support staff)
  • Drive service department profitability while maintaining top-tier CSI scores
  • Oversee daily operations including workflow, scheduling, and quality control
  • Coach, train, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, safety, and company policies
  • Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Management to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Monitor KPIs including labor efficiency, ELR, CP/RO, and retention
