About The Position

Our Auto Repair shop has built a strong reputation over the past 12 years in business. We are looking for a hands-on Service Manager to lead our growing operation in Silver Spring, MD. This is not just a Service Advisor role, we are looking for a true leader who can manage the shop, lead 3 automotive technicians, build customer trust, and help drive the next phase of business growth. We are a busy, high-traffic shop located on Georgia Avenue in a strong customer market with significant daily visibility and consistent car count. Our goal is to continue growing while maintaining a positive culture built around integrity, accountability, and professionalism. Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the automotive shop
Lead and support a team of 3 technicians
Build strong customer relationships and retention
Drive business growth and increase shop revenue
Develop new business opportunities including: Fleet accounts, Insurance relationships, Commercial partnerships
Create and manage operational reporting
Maintain workflow efficiency and accountability
Help establish a strong, positive shop culture
Ensure ethical sales and repair practices
