About The Position

Lead our service and parts team to drive revenue growth and deliver a world-class customer experience. We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on leader who can organize a team, hold staff accountable, and oversee the daily operational and financial success of our service departments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Director.
  • Valid FL Driver's License with a clean record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

  • Ignite (Reynolds and Reynolds) experience

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise technicians, advisors, and assistant managers.
  • Establish monthly sales and revenue objectives, measure progress, and minimize technician unapplied time.
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) by resolving complaints immediately and overseeing customer follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate warranty procedures, proper dispatching, and compliant paperwork.
  • Ensure technicians stay up to date with OEM and ASE training.
