About The Position
The Service Manager is responsible for providing advanced auto services, with exceptional customer service. This role involves full leadership of the shop and team, providing technical assistance and support, assigning daily tasks, reviewing shop performance to meet company goals and budgets, and owning staffing and associate development.
Requirements
- ASE A4/A5 Certs or ability to obtain within 1 year
- 1+ of years of management experience
- Valid drivers licence
- 18+ of age or older
Responsibilities
