Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all service department operations, staffing, and performance
  • Lead and mentor service personnel to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Monitor workflow and ensure timely and accurate service repairs
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings
  • Create and manage departmental budgets, marketing initiatives, and growth goals
  • Stay informed on latest vehicle technologies and service procedures
