About The Position

Robin Ford of Jeanerette is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Manager to join our dedicated team in Jeanerette, LA. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will work closely with technicians, service advisors, and customers to maintain a smooth and productive service environment.

Requirements

Proven 5 years experience in automotive service management or master certified technician in automotive for minimum of 5 years
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with dealership management software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead the service department, including technicians and service advisors.
