We are currently seeking a high-impact Automotive Service Director to lead operations at one of our newest high-volume import dealerships in the Northern Atlanta area, Krause Family Hyundai. Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in an import dealership service department
  • Strong track record of driving profitability, efficiency, and CSI
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Experience managing high-volume service operations
  • Familiarity with CDK and Xtime preferred
  • Strong organizational and operational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
  • A passion for developing people, delivering exceptional service, and building something meaningful
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Lead all fixed operations within the service department—from write-up to delivery
  • Drive revenue, efficiency, and profitability through strong operational leadership
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a skilled team of technicians and service advisors
  • Maintain and elevate Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance
  • Optimize workflow, processes, and shop productivity in a high-volume environment
  • Partner with Parts and Sales to create a seamless customer experience
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a best-in-class team
  • Oversee budgets, expense control, and departmental financial performance
  • Leverage tools like CDK Global and Xtime to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and OEM partners to drive innovation and growth
