About The Position

DJs Garage is hiring an Automotive Service Coordinator to join their local Banff team. This is a front-of-house role focused on customer service, scheduling, coordination, and helping keep day-to-day shop operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized in a fast-paced setting, and being part of a close-knit local team. Automotive experience is helpful, but not required — we’re happy to train someone with strong customer service, logistics, administrative, hospitality, or coordination experience who has the right attitude and willingness to learn. The shop team includes two journeyman technicians and two apprentices, and this role is designed to be part of the team — not manage a large staff or operate independently. DJs Garage is a locally operated automotive shop serving Banff residents, visitors, and commercial fleets. They pride themselves on honest work, strong relationships, and maintaining a positive team environment in one of the most beautiful places in Canada.
