Requirements
- Previous cashier, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office; dealership management system experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive dealership or service department experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive and professional attitude.
- Process service repair invoices and accept payments accurately.
- Balance and reconcile daily cash, credit card, and check transactions.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
- Schedule service appointments as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and process paperwork.
- Assist the Service Advisors and management team with administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each visit.
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming customer waiting area.
