About The Position

Joe Morgan Honda is hiring a full-time cashier/receptionist for the service department. This is an entry-level position where the cashier is responsible for receiving payments, printing invoices, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining records, and answering phones. The role also involves maintaining the customer lounge area and performing other support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide an excellent customer service experience
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Receiving payments from customers
• Printing invoices for the customer
• Ensuring the customer is taken care of before they leave the service department
• Keeping records and files current and organized for the service department
• Using a credit card machine and making change
• Answering phones in a professional manner, taking messages and routing calls
• Maintaining the customer lounge area to be organized and clean
• Performing other support tasks assigned by the service and parts department
