About The Position
Join Our Team at Voss Toyota! Voss Toyota, a part of the trusted Voss Auto Network, is looking for a friendly and dependable Cashier/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. We are looking for an entry-level Cashier.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle a busy multi-line phone system
- Valid license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and Drug Screen
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner, taking messages and routing calls as necessary.
- Receiving payments and printing invoices for the customer.
- Ensures that our records and files are kept current and, in the order, needed for the service department.
- Ability to use a credit card machine and make changes when needed for the customer.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Balance and reconcile daily cash drawer
- Any other support tasks assigned by the sales, service, and parts department.
