Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately for vehicle services and repairs
- Field phone calls from customers inquiring about the status of their vehicles
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for the dealership’s service team
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Assist customers with billing questions and provide exceptional service
- Support the service department with administrative tasks as needed
