Requirements
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic computer and scheduling skills
Nice To Haves
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule service appointments
- Perform appointment confirmation and follow-up calls
- Conduct recall outreach campaigns
- Assist with client retention efforts
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction
