About The Position

Flow Land Rover of Greensboro is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Service Assistant/Porter to join our automotive service team. This role is essential in helping maintain an efficient service drive experience while providing exceptional customer service and support to our advisors, technicians, and service manager. Requirements

Must be available to work a 40 hour a week schedule that falls between Monday through Saturday
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit, and enter/exit vehicles throughout the day
Team oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
Ability to safely move and operate customer and dealership vehicles
Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the service lane and assist with their immediate needs
Introduce customers with appointments to service advisors and help coordinate alternate transportation when needed
Assist with parking, moving, and dispatching vehicles for service
Monitor and maintain loaner vehicles, including cleanliness and fuel level
Assist with vehicle detailing, test drives, and valet support as needed
Complete loaner vehicle walkarounds with customers and report any damage
Support management and service staff with additional tasks and projects as needed
