About The Position

Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram in Lockport, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its growing team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding automotive service and repair, interpreting customer needs for technicians, arranging appropriate services, and keeping customers informed about repair requirements and completion times. The advisor uses customer service and sales skills to support sales and manages expectations for both customers and technicians. Bettenhausen is a family-owned company that describes its work atmosphere as positive and offers career growth, including a partnership with Strayer University that may cover 100% of tuition and fees for an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Exemplary customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and multitask.
• Valid driver's license.
• Time-management skills.
• Organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• CDJR experience is strongly preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred.
