About The Position

Wayne Akers Ford is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to help keep up with the high traffic count that we are experiencing in our service department. We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent customer service experience, demonstrates a professional and positive attitude, and is focused on our customer's total satisfaction. Requirements

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Must pass background test and drug screening tests
Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record

Responsibilities

Greeting customers, help identify their vehicle concerns, review recommended services and prepare accurate repair orders and verify warranty coverages.
Provide accurate time estimates for repairs and maintenance.
Building strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Following up with customers after the service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Including new and existing internet, phone, and email communication.
