The Automotive Service Advisor role involves overseeing service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service for customers. The advisor is expected to take ownership of the customer's experience, provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, and ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold. This position also includes answering technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs, maintaining a high Customer Success Index, overseeing warranty claims administration, and training/supervising the service department. The role requires reinforcing company policies, adhering to company standards, and encouraging compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while fostering positive employee relations.
