About The Position

Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Manassas, VA has an opportunity for a Spanish-speaking individual to join their service team as a Service Advisor. The dealership serves a large Hispanic clientele and is seeking an advisor who can communicate effectively in Spanish and understand their vehicle needs. The dealership boasts a new, state-of-the-art facility with a climate-controlled shop and service drive, handles approximately 80 walk-in clients daily, and has a Business Development Center for appointment setting. Lindsay has been recognized as "Washington Metro’s Best Auto Dealer Workplace."

Requirements

• Must speak Spanish
• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and understand vehicle needs.
• Ability to write service repair orders and follow up with service clientele.
• Ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and technicians.
• Ability to address the primary reason for the service visit and present recommended maintenance.
• Ability to achieve monthly performance goals while maintaining superior customer satisfaction.
• Ability to maintain communication with the customer throughout the day and deliver on our value proposition while utilizing text, email, and voice communication.

Responsibilities
