Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Proficiency with computer systems and service software
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs
- Prepare estimates and obtain customer approvals
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status throughout the service process
- Handle billing, invoicing, and follow-up communication
- Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business
