About The Position

Wenco Industries is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers about their vehicle needs. The role involves communicating with technicians, supervising service bays, preparing computerized repair orders, sourcing parts, and discussing estimates and service specials with customers. The Service Advisor also helps lead and empower the team, supports vendor relationships, contributes to meeting weekly and monthly goals, and maintains facility cleanliness and organization. Wenco Industries operates Midas Auto Service and Big O Tires and describes itself as a family-owned business founded in 1975.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Self-motivated, reliable, and driven, with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Effective communication and active-listening skills.
Ability to coach technicians and contribute to an empowered team culture.
Open to coaching.
Personable demeanor and willingness to support the team.

Responsibilities

Deliver energetic, exceptional customer service while listening to and consulting with customers.
Communicate and connect with technicians to complete vehicle needs.
Supervise service bays, build computerized repair orders, and source parts.
Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote shop service specials.
Consult with customers and sell services related to vehicle needs.
Lead, assist, and empower the team while supporting the company’s vision, purpose, core values, and culture.
Meet weekly and monthly matrix goals.
Communicate with vendors and maintain strong relationships.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facility grounds.
Perform other duties as assigned.
